These Terms govern your use of dboxcompany.com and your engagement of DBOX Rentals for the rental and delivery of mobile offices, dumpsters, and storage (the "Services").
DBOX Rentals is a local rental coordinator serving the Rio Grande Valley and South Texas. We arrange, deliver, set up, and pick up temporary space for job sites. Some units may be sourced through third-party suppliers. We describe availability and options honestly and do not guarantee inventory beyond what we confirm to you.
Prices and availability shared before a confirmed order are estimates. A rental is only confirmed once we agree on the unit, dates, location, and price in writing or by phone. Delivery windows are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, access, permits, or supplier availability.
Payment terms are agreed at the time of your order. Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods, relocation, overweight loads, or damage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DBOX Rentals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the rental giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
